This is a decent knife. It is solid and somewhat lightweight. The handle seems pretty sturdy and durable. It does not hurt your hand at all like some other knives do. It fits nicely in your hand, so those that may have arthritis would not have any trouble using the knife.
This knife is not super sharp, but it does seemingly well at cutting vegetables and fruits. The first thing I used the knife on was strawberries. I had no trouble slicing them up for my toddler.
I do think it is a little off balance. I asked my husband as well because he loves cooking and knows a little bit more about knives than what I do. He agreed with me that the balance was a little off.
I do not think that it is a professional knife, but it seems okay for daily usage. Of course, I, myself, am not a professional chef either.
In my opinion, it is an alright knife. It does what it is supposed to, and I have not had any issues with it sticking or not cutting through vegetables yet. If anything happens I will update my review.
