Abundant Chef Knife and Peeler Set

I have been very impressed with this ceramic knife set. At first, I really was not expecting to like them. It is ceramic, which, I am not used to. There was no way that these knives could be better than my stainless. I just did not have high hopes, but then things changed whenever I used them.

What you get is a 6 inch Chef's knife, a 5-inch utility knife, a 4-inch paring knife, a 3-inch fruit knife, and one peeler. The handles are black in color and the blades are white. Every knife comes with a sheath to protect the blade, so you can store them without worrying about cutting yourself. The ceramic material will not corrode and will not rust. The material is also non-toxic. You do not have to polish these knives either.

What I really like about this set is that the knives and peeler are lightweight. The handles have little grooves, so your fingers are comfortable. It fits quite nicely in your hand. You do need to be careful because these knives are sharp. I truly was not expecting them to be that sharp. My toddler loves fruit, and the fruit knife was great to try out first. It cut through the fruit with ease. My bananas were not squished, and my strawberries did not turn into a mushy mess. I have used these knives to cut pork chops, meats, etc.

I am ready to ditch my stainless steel knives. This set of knives seems to be very durable. I think they will last for a long time.
