Ozeri Duckymeter Bath Tub Thermometer

This ducky is extremely cute!  If you have a little one this is a must have.

As a first time mother, I was unsure of pretty much everything.  Especially when it came to bath time.  I was always afraid of the water being too hot or too cold.  This duckymeter takes the guess work out.  I really wish I had this when my toddler was a baby.

It is very simple to use.  After you run your water you just place the duck in the water. It activates the sensors on the bottom instantly whenever it touches the water.

If the water is too cold the screen will turn blue.  This is normally when the water is less than 95 degrees.

Whenever the temperature is just right the screen will turn green.  It will remain green when the temperature is 95 to 102.2 degrees.

If the water is too hot the screen will then go to red.  This is when the temperature is more than 102.2 degrees.

It does run on (3) AAA batteries, which are provided.   Replacing the batteries are easy as well.  You just need a mini screwdriver to take the cover off, that is located on the bottom of the duck.

Also to note, the duck can be submersed under water.  It does float.  My 3 year old loved just playing with it in the tub.

There is no On/Off button so you may want to dry the bottom off after each use.  Some water may still be on the sensor, and it won't turn off while there's water on it.  It will also prevent the sensor from rusting.

I like how the numbers are easy to read as well. Overall, we are pleased with this thermometer.
