I ordered size 110 (3-4 year), and it fits perfectly. The sizing is on the true size, and you do have a little growing room to boot.
There are many colors to choose from. I chose orange and white. It is quite obvious why. We are huuuuuge Tennessee Vols fans. Go big orange!
This shirt is not long sleeved. It is actually 3/4th in length with ruffles at the bottom of the sleeves.
The neck is a scoop neck, and the stitching is excellent. There have been no loose threads, frays, or anything like that.
The material is cotton and very soft to the touch. My daughter, who is 3, says it is very "comfy".
I actually plan on having her name embroidered on the shirt. That would make it even cuter. The details of this shirt are wonderful. The ruffles are to die for and there are plenty of colors to choose from.
Overall, we are very pleased with this piece. It is great quality, and I haven't been disappointed yet. 5 Stars from me.
