We love grilling out whenever the weather is warm. It is a fun family past time, and something we all enjoy. My husband is usually the grill master, so I thought this set would be great for him. He loves camouflage and was in need of a good quality set of utensils.
The turner, fork, and tongs are made of stainless steel. You do not have to worry about them rusting at all. They seem to be very durable and should last for a very long time.
The turner is 13 inches long. The fork is 12.6 inches and the tongs are 13.4 inches. We really like the length. You do not have to stand so close to the grill and have a fear of getting burnt, splattered with grease, or endure the heat of the grill, etc. You can stand back and grill to perfection.
I assume that you would be able to use this set indoors as well. As far as washing, I hand wash, but I saw nothing about using a dishwasher. I do not think it would hurt them, but you never know. There should have been a pamphlet inside the case stating whether or not the utensils are dishwasher safe or not.
Overall, this has been a great set to use. We have used it several times and have had no issues at all. If you are a camper this would be great and easy to carry along with you on your adventures.
